My daughter and I recently completed a beginner-friendly training course that exceeded our expectations. Whether you're interested in emergency medical skills or self-defense in active shooter situations, this program covers it all.
Our instructor, Andres, was incredibly patient and accommodating, especially given my limited experience with firearms. The course was well-organized, starting with a day dedicated to essential emergency medical skills, like applying tourniquets and packing wounds. Andres even used a pork roast to simulate injuries, making the training both realistic and memorable.
On the second day, we moved into firearm training. I was thrilled to discover I could handle shooting well, and my daughter, with more experience, learned even more than she did in her previous concealed carry class. She said she feels much more comfortable with her shooting knowledge/skills and how she would be able to respond if ever needed.
The standout moment was the stress simulation exercise with a live actor portraying an injured person. This gave us valuable practice in responding under pressure, truly preparing us for real-life scenarios. Andres provided all the equipment we needed and didn't have making the experience smooth and comprehensive.
This course was worth every penny and moment spent. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to build emergency medical skills and gun-handling confidence. I would gladly recommend this training to family and friends. - Deborah Leeth 10/31/24

I was introduced to Andres through training partners at my local martial arts gym. He was very knowledgeable about physical conditioning and jiu-jitsu, and I was thoroughly impressed by his background and friendly attitude, and later by his knowledge of firearms and trauma medicine.
I took his small group course on emergency medical response and firearm use so that I would be better prepared in case of emergencies. There are countless stories of people who have lost loved ones because they thought disaster would never come their way, and high-quality training like this helps us be ready for that eventuality – especially with an instructor as qualified as Andres.
The course was hugely informational and well-taught. Andres is the type of instructor who keeps his students engaged, laughs with them, and maintains a friendly and personable atmosphere while providing lots of hands-on learning opportunities and not being afraid to make corrections to ensure his students do the right thing. His course is suitable for beginners, who may know very little about firearms or emergency medicine, as well as professionals with more advanced ability levels.
I highly enjoyed my time spent training and came out of it feeling more confident in my ability to defend myself and my family and to save lives in case of an emergency. Andres is a great guy and a great teacher. I hope to get to train with him again someday – it’s not an opportunity I would pass up and neither should anyone else. After all, you really can’t put a price on the heads of the ones you love.
